On Tuesday 8 October the Peak Awards 2024 were held for the eighth consecutive year. Organised by BOUSSIAS Events with the support of Google, they exist to recognise the most effective and inventive work in performance marketing.
It was our first year entering. We submitted three campaigns and all three were recognised, including a Gold for the results we delivered for our clients through 2024.
Tokopeli.gr โ Gold, Best Small Budget Campaign

Tokopeli.gr sells baby and children's toys, helping parents and children discover the world through play and build language and motor skills from a very young age.
The work was a reactivation of the brand's advertising presence in the Greek market, built on financial analysis and on taking the seasonal openings the category offers. Small budget, tight constraints, and a structure designed around when demand actually existed rather than a flat always-on spend.
The results from targeted activation across Google Ads and paid social went past what any of us had put in the plan. In the first five months, Tokopeli.gr recorded a 215% increase in revenue alongside an 87.2% improvement in paid media ROAS.
The number that mattered more sat further down the P&L. Restructuring the advertising, reallocating budget and deliberately strengthening lower-funnel activity improved profitability by 132%, with net profit before tax up 317% year on year.
Pakobazaar.gr โ Silver, Best Performance Max Campaign
Pakobazaar.gr is an indoor and outdoor furniture retailer with five years in the market, and a clear goal: profitable growth in Greece.
Scaling Performance Max here meant maximising visibility across a catalogue of more than 150,000 products while continuously analysing where the opportunity actually was. In a category defined by heavy competition and sharp seasonality, the real constraint was margin โ thin per product, across enormous volume.
So the Pmax approach started from the financial data rather than the ad account. We modelled total variable costs to locate the breakeven and target profitability points precisely: for the shop overall, then per channel, then per category and product.
A full restructure of the Pmax setup, combined with the seasonal openings, produced a marked improvement in profitability over the first five months of 2024. Orders rose 257.5%. Weighting toward higher-margin, higher-value products lifted revenue 368.3% against 2023, with average order value up 31%. Spend allocation rose 134% over the same period, while new customer acquisition cost came in 21% lower than the year before.
Pakobazaar.gr โ Bronze, Best Performance in Online Sales
The strategy for Pakobazaar was never limited to Performance Max. It covered the whole of paid media, and that breadth earned a second award.
Building a more deliberate structure across the full customer journey in Google Ads and paid social moved the business-level numbers: ecommerce MER was 34% higher year on year. More significantly, net margin before tax rose 414.5% year on year โ the kind of shift that changes what a business is able to consider next.
Paid media drove it. Judged strictly on its own performance, Pakobazaar recorded 151.7% more orders and 158.4% higher revenue on just 7% more budget year on year, with paid media ROAS 213.3% higher across the first five months of 2024 than the same period in 2023.
Excited for the future
Our aim is to be a leading boutique digital marketing agency and to work as strategic partners who move real numbers for the businesses we work with.
The Peak Awards are not the point, and they are not the finish line. They are confirmation that the way we choose to work produces the results we say it does.
The best is yet to come.
